I made a similar request some time ago.
I think it's time for EPiServer to prioritize improvements of the editor interface. I think that some minor changes could make the life of the editor much easier.

Having an icon (perhaps a question mark?) close to the properties that have help text will make it much more obvious for the end user to se which properties that have help text and will most likely remind him/her that there is extra information if needed.
