How do I configurate the system so that anonymous users is enabled to look at the startpage when using SqlServerRoleProvider?
Should there be any special user added to any special group like admin to WebAdmins?

As long as all content on the start page is available for a anonymous user and you havn't changed access requirements for the root location in web.config an anonymous user should be able to see the start page. Make sure that everyone has read access to all pages that are showing on the root page and that no start pages for list etc are unpublished.
