Attributes are not editable in edit-mode when creating a page
Install a dummy-site with the same version and make sure that you have the same dll-files on your upgraded site as the dummy site. Might be one or two that is missing from the upgraded one.

I have upgraded a page from EPiServer 5 to EPiServer 6 R2.
When I now view a page in edit-mode I only see the tab 'Preview' and the content. There are no edit options in edit-mode of the page as there should be (and was before).
The only thing shown when I should create a page in edit mode:
"Create page
Sidetype: [oppdal.no] Nyhetsliste Status: Sidevisning norsk"
For some reason all of the content and the different attributes are not shown.
What is the cause of this and how do I solve this?
