Deleted user crashes XForm-window!

The pop-up window for selecting XForms (edit/XFormSelect.ascx) will crash if you select an XForm whose creator is deleted. Apparently it doesn't handle NULL from the database, which the version list of pages does. A bug?!? edit/XFormSelect.ascx: line 88 (function get_CreatedBy())

Hello! This is a known bug that should be fixed in EPiServer 4.60.
