CostumerContact is null, but not on localhost

Okay this does not make sense to me, hope someone here can help me.

If the url are site.domian

CustomerContext.Current.GetContactForUser(u); returns null

If the url are localhost, everything works just fine.

"u" is a MembershipUser - and it is not null in either case.

Can some one here, cast some lights on this - it does not make any sense to me :(

Thanks

Hi

I had this problem, it's probably because you are not logged in at the the site.domain.

If you login at localhost you can access the current user there, and the same with your domain name.

best regards
