Description

There is a currently undocumented behaviour in Azure ServiceBus where a call to CreateSubscription might not actually create the subscription immediately.

We should per Microsofts recommendationds wait for the entity status to become Active before using the newly created subscription to avoid MessagingEntityNotFoundException exceptions.
