MultiSites: If user creates form via Forms gadget from site2, gets redirected to site1

Description

Prerequisites

• Forms are not installed yet
• Set up 2 multi sites: Site1, Site2

Steps to reproduce
1. Open Admin mode\Config\Manage Websites.
2. Check the "Use site-specific assets" option on both sites.
3. Install Episerver forms.
4. Open Site2 in Edit View.
5. Create a form using the Forms gadget.

Expected:
No redirect to Site1

Actual:
Redirect to Site1 after creating the form.

Note: Both sites share the common folder, Episerver Forms, that is added under the For Thís Site folder on site1.
