Steps to reproduce. 


When you run Move-EPiServerProtectedModules, it can create infinite number of directories inside modules/_protected. 

This bug found when you have multiple projects setup in the solution with EPiServer and you run Move-EPiServerProtectedModules from a project which is not the root website project.  


1. Upgrade to EPiServer 7.6 and install EPiServer AddOn Store UI (install-package episerver.packaging.ui)
2. Add another project to EPiServer solution 
3. Open the Package manager console and select the newly added project. 
4. Run the Move-EPiServerProtectedModules command. (caution, this will create infinite number of files/directories which could be hard to delete).
