Delay in reflecting page data changes after verison upgrade?

Hey all,

We upgraded Epi CMS to version 7.0-16.0 in August and ever since, all page data changes take ~1 day to be reflected on our public sites. Before the upgrade however, these changes would show up immediately. This includes updates to existing pages and the creation of new pages. Any idea if this could possibly be something on our side, or is this a new feature of the update?
