Composer search results
I'm using composer on a site and the standard search results include composer content out of the box. Are you not using the inbuilt EPiServer search?

We have a site which is a mixture of both Composer content and non-Composer content.
We have been attempting to index Composer content in order for it to appear in Lucene search results but have not had any success to date. Our non-composer content is successfully being indexed.
Our site uses Lucene to store search indexes however we'd like to know if there's an "out of the box" solution or general formula that people follow in order to get Composer content into Lucene indexes?
