Unable to edit user information due to user info tabs are disabled

Hi,


I'm having trouble with configure EPiServer community access right now. Everything look ok, my account is EPiServer Community Admin role. I can search for member, do anything, but not for some tab related to user. I'm using 7.5.394.2

- When I go to "Search member", the tab "Approval portrail" is disabled

- When I search for member, click to edit user information, only following tabs are enabled, the rest is disable

+ My User Details (unable to upload new portrait due to disable button)

+ My Video Galllery

+ Tags

+ Attributee

Also noticed that same configuration, same database, VPP parth work fine in dev environment. Just got this issue with staging environment

Just found it's because the license issue. Simply update the license file with Community and everything work.
