He he... no, the file is probably write protected so just copy it with windows explorer and overwrite the existing file. Thats it. You don't have to use EPiServers admin tool...

To update a license, you only need to upload the License.config file in Epi Server > Admin > Konfig > Licensinformation > Installera en ny licens? Nothing else?
