Can't get to site. HELP!

Try going to http://www.karlskrona.se/Util/login.aspx, type in your normal EPiServer username and password. Then go to http://www.karlskrona.se, right click on the page, and see if you get the options Edit Mode and Admin Mode.

Thank you. I tried but it didn't work :/ It just says 'login failed' like before.
I forgot to say in my previous post, this is not my page, I'm not a mod or anything. I just wanted to be able to view it, that's all.

Ahhh, if its not your site then you won't be able to make any changes to the site settings ;)
You can't see the page as it has been deliberately hidden from you by a web site administrator.
Your best bet is to contact the site owners and let them know that you can't see the page, and if needs be they'll make the changes that Frederick described above.

where it tells me to write a name and password. WHAT name? I tried my name and password for episerver but it's still the same

The text is swedish, meaning something like:
Name
Password
[ ] Automaticaly log in to this place
[Log in]
If you log in cookies will be used
