multi lang alt tags

Dear all,

On a site I am presently working on we need to have alt tags for each language.

I'm sure with the right custom property etc we could address this requirement easily.

Way back when I remember using the imageHTML property. Could this be a solution, does anyone have some advice as to how they have addressed this?
