Error when creating GUI plugin

Hi. When I'm trying to create a GUI plugin I get the following error message: "A call to InitiateConnection must be performed before calling InitializeHost". This message is shown after I have selected plugin type. /erik

This will happen if a wizard as in this case calls into the EPiServer appdomain within the Visual Studio process and that appdomain for some reason has been dropped. This is probably caused by a bug in the appdomain handling in the Visual Studio integration and we would very much like to have information about how we can reproduce this. Does the problem go away if you restart Visual Studio?

Problem still exists after restarting VS. Other wizards works fine.
