Missing procedures after install

I have installed on an existing database. After installation, without errors I noticed that only 255 stored procedures were installed, compared to the 265 installed on my development machine. One of the procedures missing are 'RetrieveNonblockingInstanceStateIds' The database is a SQL Server 2005 cluster. Anyone experienced this problem?

.Net framework 3.0 is installed. It worked to install the procedures manualy by scrip, but they were not installed in the installation.
