Can anyone help with the following questions a client has raised. I've tried researching on-line but haven't been able to find any answers to these:

1. Is it possible to restrict the on-page edit function to just WebAdmins?
2. Is it possible to reverse the order of the page version list such that the most recent versions appear at the top?
3. Can default gadgets be set at a user group level? By that I mean that, for instance, all WebEditors get a Notes gadget by default.
