Advice on Searching Documents
You specific the directorys thad you would like to search with the searchdatasource. You can have a look in the alloy demo package on how they perform seach in files.
If you like to add metadata to files you can change the filesummary.config in the root of your website so that it matches the data the editors would like to add and for you to index.

Good Morning,
Looking to create a page that uses the episerver search. However it needs to search a list of documents on the page.
For example
Link to Document
Document Description
Link to Document
Document Description
etc etc...
What would be the best way to approach this. Does the EPiServer Search look for documents? Or could I specify it to search the Document link title as a field?
