Please advise if this is possible to have two catalogs with the same products and manage CMS content for both sites in one instance

I have two sites and looking to have one instance to manage both sites however one site is to trade / sell products online, the other site is not an ecommerce site. Both sites will have the same products however just a couple of difference of the product data i.e. price, status, stock level count, etc
Please advise if this is possible to have two catalogs and manage CMS content for both sites in one instance
