Are you running CMS 6R2 or? Since you have posted in that I assume you are. Have you installed the service trough Nuget?

Are you running a dev account? If so have you turned on stats on find.episerver.com?

We are using IE 8 . We included the dlls and using the EPiServer Find.(EPiServer.Find.dll, EPiServer.Find.CMS.dll, EPiServer.Find.Framework.dll, EPiServer.Find.Framework.Statistics,NewtonSoft.Json.dll ) I'm seeing the other tabls like Index , Optimazations also. I'm seeing Latest Search queries also. But , I'm not able to see Top queries,Number of Queries and 0 Hits Queries ,which I can see in firefox.
