How to acces administration

I know this is probably stupid question. I have instaled Episerver deplojment centar. Afther that I have instaled empty page. When I go to http://developing-3:17000/test I get login page http://developing-3:17000/Util/login.aspx?ReturnUrl=%2ftest but I dont know username and pass. I wasn't prompted on instalation to enter username and pass for admin like on other CMS's like Umbraco
