CustomTagName not working after upgrade from R1
Do a compare of your sites web.config and the web.config of a working R2 site. Maybe some bindings that are wrong?

Cant get the new feature of CustomTagName to work on a site after upgrading to R2 anyone with an idea what could have gone wrong or what is missing in the project for this to work?
