EPiServerFramework.config while deploy after upgrade

I upgraded the website to CMS 6R2 succefully on my local 32 windows 7 machine

But when deploying it to my 64 windows server 2008 got this error.

 

Configuration Error

Description: An error occurred during the processing of a configuration file required to service this request. Please review the specific error details below and modify your configuration file appropriately.

Parser Error Message: An error occurred loading a configuration file: Access to the path 'C:\inetpub\wwwroot\www.mysite.com\9fx5njim.tmp' is denied.

Can you please advice what may be the problem?!

You have to remove write-protection on the EPiServerFramework.config file so it can be updated when the website is initializing.
