IE10 and Episerver 5 - bugs

Vote:

For some reason Episervr 5 doesnt work at all with IE10.
Epi5 freezes, does not respond to clicks.
When will this bug be fixed?

We´ve been told to go F12 to Compatibility mode, IE9. This helps - but the solution is not sustainable, we have so many content providers.

In addition - the File manager doesn't work as of yesterday.
It is possible to browse for file och pic, but saving leads to 500 Error-message.
This bug appears for all browsers, (IE8, 9) and in IE10 Saveing leads to login(!)

EPiServer 5 does not officially support IE10, as that browser was obviously not released at the time. I doubt there will be released any new bugfixes for EPi5.

I'm assuming you mean it freezes in edit/admin mode, not for users browsing your site?

Since your file browser just recently started failing, has any changes been made to the webserver?

When you say "save image", do you mean when using the image editor?

Which version of EPiServer 5 are you running? EPiServer 5 R2 SP2 have full support for IE8 since they are forcing the browser to Compatibility mode. This should solve the issue for IE10 as well.
