Drop down lists are not scrollable

It seems lika i cant scroll down while hovering on a drop down list!? I cant get to the last items in the list.

Is this a common problem or am i missing something from scripts or css?

Forgot to mention the issue appers in the Edit menu when interacting with drop down lists.

A quick example from the EPiMail menu

Since the forum got issues with displaying images ill post a link to it instead...

The list itself doesnt fit my screen and when we try to scroll further down it doesnt let us.

A bug report for this has been filed. No current estimate as to when it will be resolved however.
