Episerver Migration 5.2 to 7

Hi,
We have migrated Episerver from 5.2 to 7 version, observed that Custom property is not working properly (Image and text not getting displayed) after migration. When I tried to debug the code found that control is not getting called (e.g CreateDefaultControls() )

I have tried [EditorHint("BlogTags")] but no luck.
Can you please help us with this issue?
