We have a first time install up, I am trying to develop the site from my local machine using Visual Studio 2010.  I can load the website (on a server, not my local machine), in to the Solution Explorer but when I attempt to utilize the templates from EPiServer CMS Visual Studio Extension they do not appear as an option when adding a new item.  I can create a new project utilizing the EPiServer extension but not to add pages and views to an existing site.  Any thoughts or links to posts that can point me in the right direction?
