Social Reach not tracking clicks

We've set up Social Reach through the Add On store and started using it for social campaigns. However, no clicks are tracked from any of the channels. Likes, Comments, Retweets etc. are tracked - it's just the clicks that aren't.
The website is using ASP.Net MVC Razor, and we've added the required client scripts on the layout page.
Any suggestions are highly appreciated. :)
