Login fails after installation of EpiServer 7

I've tried logging in but either have the wrong user name, user Id or password. I don't know which and the login popup frame doesn't help. How can I reset my login?

By default EPiServer is installed using WindowsMembership and role provider so you should try to login using your windows account.
