Not able to upload any new content in the CMS

I have recently Upgraded my Epi site from 7.13 to 10.10 and it looks like I am not able to upload any new content.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Thank you, Valdis, for taking your time; I appreciate it. [CustomAvailablePageTypes] this attribute in my start page was stopping me from uploading new content after the site got upgraded from 7.13 to 10.10.

Not sure what and all are still broken in this upgrade process but basic things are working fine now.
