In version 10 the new Create Administrator Account asks for a password. I entered Pa55word in as a password as it's a local test password I often us and got back
Passwords must have at least one non letter or digit character.
Obviously my password has matched restiction as I have a 5 in it. I would imageine it need one non letter AND digit character as it works if I use P@55word
