Forms no longer works

When creating or editing a form EPiServer shows dialog "Are you sure you want to navigate away from this page?" everytime you save, and confirmationpage doesn't get saved at all. This behavior started a few days ago on all our sites. Can it be the result of an update? Setting is suggested in another thread seems like a bad idea since it makes .NET generate crappy HTML instead of valid XHTML. Any ideas?
