Export form data to Excel

Hi! After upgrading a website from 4.51 to 4.61, hotfix 5, exporting form data to Excel no longer works. The client is running Excel 2003 and hasnt experienced any previous problems exporting data. When clicking the export button this error message shows (in swedish): Fel vid export av data, in english it would be something like this: Error during data export. Anyone who recognize this problem? Thanks in advance!

Hi, If you are using Internet Explorer 7 you may need to install the IE7 fix: http://www.episerver.com/en/EPiServer_Knowledge_Center/Download2/Hotfixes/EPiServer-IE7-fixes/ Also make sure the EPiServer Client Tools is installed. In edit mode, click on root catalog and you should see the "components tab". There you can see if it is installed. May need to reinstall it.
