No they are definitely not removed. One of their member type (protected virtual EPiServer.Commerce.Marketing.RewardDescription Evaluate (EPiServer.Commerce.Marketing.Promotions.BuyQuantityGetShippingDiscount p1, EPiServer.Commerce.Marketing.PromotionProcessorContext p2);) was removed.

Recently upgraded from Episerver Commerce 12 to Episerver Commerce 13 lattest version. I see that in breaking changes it is mentioned that the following Promotion Processor has been removed.
These are one of the most commonly used ones. Will these promotions work at all or these types are completely removed?
Will there be an replacement for these if these types are completely removed?
