In inventory, the min and max number of items that you can add into your cart (means min and max items you can purchase).

Waterhouse is a physical location, you can read more about it here. The In Stock means the available items that are in stock/available in that physical location (means store or factory etc.).

The minimum number of units that must be purchased to get the listed price.
Use this feature to provide a bulk rate. For example if a customer purchases 10 or more, the cost is $50.00 each. If fewer than 10, $60.00 each.

That is very helpful. So, we can ignore Min/max quantity in pricing or set to zero, if we have only one price for a variant?

Exactly, Muller.

If you have one price for the variant, no matter the quantity, set the quantities to zero on the price. Then Episerver will not filter by that.
