New EPiServer project with CMS 11.9.2 and Commerce 12.4.0 fails during Commerce Migration

Hello

I started an entirely clean EPiServer project in Visual Studio 2017 with the above mentioned EPiServer packages. First time I access the site I am asked to log in and is met with a series of migration steps that needs to be executed. I ask to execute all steps but I get this error at one of the steps:

In a clean project I don't understand how this error could've occured. Any help would be appreciated!

Please run update-epidatabase from your package manager command.
