Another one question about new marketing system.

We use EPiServer Commerce v 11.2.6.0.

The configuration is:  

• there is a category (let's call it level 1 category) in the root catalog. It contains items and subcategories.
• subcategory (level 2 category) in the level 1 category. It contains items.
• "Spend for Discounted Selection" discount is created. 
• level 1 category is selected on discount setting. "Include subcategories" checkbox is unchecked. 
• some reward is set for items on discount setting

I add an item from level 1 category and open shopping cart. Discount has applied to item.

After that I add an item from level 2 category and open shopping cart.  Discount has applied only to item from level 1 category. It is expected result.

But if after that I change qty of item from level 2 category in shopping cart, totals will be recalculated and discount will be applied to both items (level 1 and level2). It is unexpected cause "Include subcategories" option is turned off.

Could you please check this configuration or give any advice to find out root cause of the issue.
