Reduce Inventory count

Hi,

we are follow the custom workflow for order process.now decided to use epi inventary management .we have currently created four locations in warhouse.

How can i reduce the count in inventary available stock after order confirmed?

I'm not sure how you meant "order confirmed", but let's assume that is when a customer places an order on the front-end site, just call AdjustInventoryActivity in your custom workflow. it will handle the inventory part for you.

Quan, what happens next? Will Find kick in automatically (hooked on events?!) and do the reindexing? We have site where catalog content is coming only from Find and thinking about this issue once we will implement inventory..

Find.Commerce listens to the inventory event and will reindex, yes. You have the option to stop listening, thought
