Migrates published Catalog Content in migration getting stucked

When we try to migrate the content from this page /EPiServer/Commerce/Migrate?showSteps=true, it get stucked at the "Migrates published Catalog Content" step. It runs for an hour and half and then it fails.

From our SQL Server, the error is "SQL Server was unable to run a new system task, either because there is insufficient memory or the number of configured session exceeds the maximum allowed in the server."

If we take both the cms and commerce database and put it on another server, it works (all steps under 45 minutes).

Do you have any clue why it would get stuck on this server? Any idea to try to make it work?

Does the "another server" have the same configuration (CPU/memory) like the stuck server? It sounds like it ran out of resources - perhaps a service restart would help
