Where did the Enoteca demo sites go?

I'm building an integration to episerver commerce (we're a partner to episerver) that uses the enoteca site for demonstration purposes, so I need my own local instance of it.

I can no longer find the Enoteca demo sites for neither R2 SP2 nor R3, but it is available for R2 SP1, where did they go?
