Clear Commerce Catalog Cache in Code

HI All

I am working on an catalog update functionality on the website. I want to know what I need to do to clear the commerce cache in code.

There is a plugin in the admin section which clear the commerce cache. I need to know how I can invoke this manually via code or in an application program.

You response is appreciated.
