My third question is:
3) I have read the product brochure of EPiServer Commerce on (http://www.episerver.com/Global/Products/Commerce/EPiServerCommerce.pdf), and on its last page there is a section "EPiServer Commerce features and functions", Are all these features are Out of the Box features ? Or they need customizations and coding ?

Either version of the CMS 6 product can be used. The Enterprise version includes more features that are detailed here: http://www.episerver.com/en/Products/EPiServer-CMS-6/For-Enterprise
All of the features are out of the box, some require custom implementation of the website UI to ensure they are suitable for the intended user personas.

1) Installing EPiServer Commerce requires EPiServer CMS 6, But which edition (EPiServer CMS Professional or EPiServer CMS Enterprise) ? And what is the difference ? Could you please clarify ?
2) What scenarios and situations you gonna advice your client of NOT using EPiServer Commerce ?
