I'm just wondering if anyone here uses the EPiServer Video Service.

For some reason, all of our 88 videos dated before June25 are gone and not displayed on our site anymore.

This is the worst issue we've encountered and it's really not good at all.

Aside from this, you'll notice that the 1st video is still being encoded although it was uploaded yesterday. I was told before that using the video service on other servers (development/staging/live) will cause this issue and I should use a different account. The question is, do we need to pay for 3 accounts ($400 x 3) just to be able to test it?

The demo account has limitations and definitely not appropriate for testing. I'm really frustrated.

Any suggestions/recommendation would be greatly appreciated. :)
