SEO: How to avoid 302 (Temporary Redirect)?

Vote:

This is not an EPiServer specific issue, but thought it might be ok to ask it here.

Some pages require you to be logged-in, and automaticaly brings you to the login or home page when you access those pages and you're not logged-in.

This will result to a 302 (Temporary Redirect) warning which is not SEO friendly.

Is there a way to avoid this? Or is this something acceptable? I would really like to bring my SEO warnings down to zero if possible.

Thanks.

As we by design use 302 the way to chage it as I see it would be to create your own httpmodule and catch the 302's and change them in the module.

Or you can go to this link:

hope this could help you!
