Hello, I am trying to make my own page 404 handling, using Ted's solution (http://labs.episerver.com/en/Blogs/Ted-Nyberg/Dates/112276/2/Handle-404-exceptions-in-EPiServer-CMS/). However, this only works on my local test machine. By some reason it seems that the Application_Error method in Global.asax.cs never even gets called. My machine is win XP and the sever is win 2003. I believe there could be something strange with the server IIS..?
