Access denied to all Episerver pages

Get a access denied on all episerver pages. It does seem to be a problem with pages not being publish or anything else in the database for that matter. Everything worked like a charm a couple of weeks ago. All Other asp.net application seems to be working fine. Any pointer anyone? The stacktrace read as follows
