AccessDeniedException (Edit, Publish)

I'm having problems with a page in EPiServer. I get an AccessDeniedException when trying to post an update to a page: "Access was denied to page 2434. The reqired access level was 'Edit, Publish'." Why does this happen and how do I solve the issue? I'm logged in as Administrator.

The IIS_WPG had both Read & Execute, List Folder Contents, Read and Write permission.
