I wonder if it is possible to extend the XForms editor with a new web control input type="file" for uploading files?
It would be great if someone who has done it or knows how to do can give me a hint.

I am asking the very same question. Really need to upload files but don't know how to do it. Tommy, did you manage to sole the problem?

The common way of doing this seems to be implementing the file upload on the page template and not in the xforms.
