strange behaviour with Property inside a PageTree

from edit mode mouse over a page I get this - but no page is rendered. /templates/edittree.aspx?id=13097# browse the site normally - page is rendered /templates/page.aspx?id=13097 browse the site normally and put mouse over a link displayed from a pagetree with the code below and I get this: templates/Units/# the link is pointing to the page 13097 - but you cant navigate to it via the link. Corruption? Bug?

I'm not following.. Could you ellaborate? Is edittree.aspx a page type you've created?

It seems the problem is caused when the "Genväg / extern länk" is set to "no link".
