Is it possible to give/remove rights to the Commerce Catalog GUI? Like publish/read and other rights?

Hi,

Until now the access rights for Commerce Catalog GUI is all-or-nothing. You either have all permissions on catalogs, or you have no permissions at all. So for what you were asking, the answer is no.

We're in the progress of considering implement this, but I can't say anything for sure.
